Blog readers. If one can read this blog from the beggining, can know that we are speaking everywhere about the power of charts and technicals and never ever boast ourself. There are different strategies to handle share market and so each one will follow the one which best suits them. In that way we had derived a simple and safe strategy to make profits from stock market.
We had not reached to this extent straight away. We too had lost lots of money in the ealier stage. We too had drowned in this sea and after lots of struggle, lots of readings about Technical Analysis, lots of experience, we now sail in the safe boat and definitely continue to sail.
To be true, even now there are various things which we are learning from market. If one can say that he is an expert and know every thing in the stock market, my only question is "Why he is not in the top millioners list?"
Just think, why we should open a blog and do all this, spending valuable time? Because we thought others can also get benefit with this. In reciprocation, we expect just your words of appreciation and we continuously get from many of you.
But Today, One blog viewer SN had mentioned something good about us and against bubu-the other viewer who is also giving some recommendations in chat. In response to that bubu had mentioned that we ourself had posted that in the name of SN.
As the blog authors, we have the facilty of banning members, deleting the posts of others etc. but we had not done that against bubu. If bubu's recommendation is also good and gives profit we will welcome him. Whats the proof ? We had asked bubu to mail his strategy and past performance to us but without responding to that he is continuously giving recommendations.
Are we fools to open a blog to appreciate ourself and argue with others in the market hours instead of concentrating in trading ?????

Yesterday during Muhurat trading session, there was lot of buying and the market closed positive. This gives us some hope and sentimentaly there will be more buying and we can see a rally in next trading days. To become technically strong we need to wait for some more days.

As per long term charts, Nifty was showing a major support at this point. In other words we can say that this is the point where the fast rally upto 6350 started. So technically we were expecting that 2596 will be the bottom of this bear phase. On Friday, the market slipped below this level and tried to close above this point, but Unfortunately the market closed at 2584. Even today the market moved downwards till 2253 and started recovering now.
Some promoters had started the game of short selling to get profits and now the market had became very week technically. If this game ends by short covering (on or before F&O expiry) and market goes & close above 2596, we can have a market which will move upwards as per technicals where every small trader can earn decent profits and investor can have some hope.
On the other hand if the above said doesn't happen then the same point will become strong resistance and the market movement will be between 2000 and 2600 for time being. But here too traders can earn decent profits but what about investor ???

This called as over fear. Some promoters are making big money by short selling and they purposefully broke the support point we mentioned, so in panic every one started selling their holdings.They knew well about technicals and know the next support where they can cover thier short. They had done it again.
But we common people are losing our money. Please avoid panic and forward this message to all the persons who are holding shares (in hundreds or in lakhs or in crores) that we nearing the bottom (still not yet over) and from there every thing is going to be the best for us. Refer some of previous blogs which explains how deep we are in bears phase and when we are going to get rid of it. Even yesterday we cautioned some more pain is left.
Any how for today's trade already we had earned Rs. 2000/- per lot (for blog readers) and we can stay away from market.

Nifty Today - 22-10-08
From last Friday, Nifty is trading in the range between 3058 and 3300. So the technical points of support and resisitance are already given in the previous blogs and the same points are still active.
If one regularly read our blog and make note of the points which we are giving, can easily decide the trading strategy for that day. The Points will change at some point of time and new support and resistance level will come into force. We will surely update those points as it happens. We strongly recommend you to go through this blog daily and make use of it.
The best trade which one could have done is going short below 3140 to target of 3070. Just see what we had mentioned on 16-10-08
In traders perspective, One can go short below 3142 for the first target of 3111 and second target of 3070. (Adviceable to book partial profit at first target)
Now the market is trading in a tight range of 3070 -3110. One can go Long above 3110 with target of 3140.
If Nifty breaches 3070 and goes below 3058 today more down movement will be there in next trading days.

Nifty Today - 21-10-08 (update)
Our long call got activated but failed to achieve the target .This is not a failure of technicals because already nifty was having support at 3254 which we missed to post in blog.But we had intimated our clients to book profit at 3250.Care will be taken that this will not happen again.

We are here with attaching the intraday chart of Nifty (11:00 - 15:35). We had marked our points of recommendations in the chart itself.
As per the analysis given in our todays blog one would have done 4 successful trades
1) Go Long above 3165 to the first target of 3194. (29 points)
2) One can go for second trade above 3212 for the target of 3234 (20 Points)
3) Next trade opportunity: one can short below 3162 target 30 to 40 points (40 points)
4) one can go short below 3092 _ _ _ with the target of 3056. (34 points) ( -2 pts to target)
